Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated addresses in a timely and efficient manner.
- Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure delivery experience for customers and the public.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, handling questions and feedback with a customer-first approach.
- Perform thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is clean and operational.
- Navigate delivery routes efficiently using GPS technology and map applications.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Report any delivery issues or vehicle maintenance needs to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology for navigation, logging, and communication.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
