- Pick up and deliver packages efficiently and safely to residential and commercial addresses.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate drop-offs.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Use handheld scanning devices and navigation apps to optimize routes.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Report any vehicle issues or delivery damages immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (own or company-provided).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficient with smartphone applications and GPS technology.
- Strong knowledge of the Greater New Orleans area and traffic patterns.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
