Responsibilities
- Execute safe and timely delivery of goods to residential and commercial customers.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and ensure the vehicle is kept in excellent condition.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures for all shipments.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery updates or delays.
- Inspect cargo for damage before and after transit.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues immediately to fleet management.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent driving experience.
- A clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong navigation skills with proficiency in GPS and mapping applications.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
