Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles in and around the Milwaukee area.
- Deliver products to customers in a professional and timely manner, ensuring all packages are handled with care.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures as required for accurate documentation.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any maintenance needs.
- Load and unload cargo from the vehicle using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class C or equivalent) is preferred but not strictly required for local routes.
- Must possess a valid State Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and reliability.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and smartphone usage.
