Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to customers' doorsteps in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure zero accidents.
- Inspect vehicles before and after shifts to maintain cleanliness and ensure mechanical safety.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues with a positive attitude.
- Accurately document receipts and deliveries using handheld devices.
- Perform light loading and unloading of goods from the vehicle.
- Follow specific route instructions to optimize delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle suitable for delivery work (or be willing to use a company vehicle).
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and digital signatures.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
