Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently using dollies or hand trucks.
- Navigate complex Miami traffic and delivery routes with accuracy.
- Ensure all deliveries are made within the promised time window.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle package handling inquiries professionally.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after shifts to ensure safety compliance.
- Update delivery status via the mobile app in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Proficient smartphone usage for navigation and delivery apps.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
