Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages according to the delivery manifest.
- Drive delivery vehicles along a designated route to ensure timely arrival.
- Verify accuracy of packages and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery issues.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at the terminal and on the road.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent.
- Clear driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
