Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle payments correctly.
- Navigate efficiently through Los Angeles traffic using GPS and mapping tools.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring they are secure and undamaged.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Report any vehicle issues or delivery discrepancies to dispatch immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for navigation and order processing.
- Familiarity with the Los Angeles area is highly preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
