Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations in Long Beach and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring cargo security and integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update tracking systems in real-time.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience.
- Clear driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable smartphone with GPS navigation capabilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
