Your Mission
As a Delivery Driver for Swift Logistics, you are the face of our brand. You will ensure our customers receive their packages safely, on time, and with a smile. We are looking for drivers who take pride in their work and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated residential and commercial addresses.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers professionally and handling packages with care.
- Verify the accuracy of orders and obtain signatures upon delivery as required.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle interior and exterior.
- Utilize handheld devices for navigation, route planning, and electronic proof of delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for using delivery management apps.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
