Responsibilities
- Pickup and Delivery: Collect packages from local distribution centers and deliver them to residential and commercial addresses in the San Francisco metro area.
- Route Management: Use our GPS-enabled mobile application to optimize your route and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly, professional service to every recipient, handling payments and signatures with care.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean and in safe operating condition.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery logs and report any incidents or damaged goods immediately.
Qualifications
- License & Record: Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old to operate our commercial vehicles.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and walk or stand for extended periods.
- Technology: Access to a smartphone (Android or iOS) with a reliable data connection for dispatching and navigation.
- Reliability: Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
