Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages in a timely and accurate manner to designated addresses.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and professional interactions upon delivery.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Accurately complete delivery paperwork and digital logs.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and mapping applications to optimize routes.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: Must hold a valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Vehicle Access: Access to a reliable, insured personal vehicle suitable for delivery.
- Smartphone Proficiency: Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation, apps, and communication.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
