Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Obtain and verify signatures for all deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle before and after each shift to ensure cleanliness and proper mechanical condition.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork, including digital scanning.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
- Load and unload packages efficiently from the delivery van.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License issued in the United States.
- Current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and using navigation apps.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
