Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery for all items.
- Handle package handling with care to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Interact with customers in a courteous and friendly manner, answering questions as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Report any vehicle issues or road hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver’s License is required (Class C).
- No prior delivery experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- A clean driving record and a willingness to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to follow routes efficiently.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery work.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for logging deliveries and communicating.
