Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods to designated locations.
- Unload merchandise, check for damage, and verify accuracy of orders.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer questions, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Plan routes efficiently to ensure on-time deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B or C preferred) with a clean driving record.
- Current auto insurance and registration.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and electronic logging.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
