Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to residential and commercial addresses.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain proper signatures upon completion of each route.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers and handle inquiries courteously.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Use handheld devices to update delivery status and log mileage accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 7 years).
- Current vehicle insurance and registration (if driving personal vehicle, mileage reimbursement provided).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones for GPS navigation and route planning.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
