About the Role:
As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our customers receive their packages safely and on time. We provide the vehicle and the training; you provide the drive.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Jacksonville area.
- Load and unload trucks using hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks.
- Verify package contents against delivery manifests to ensure accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Complete daily logs and paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or a standard state driver's license (depending on vehicle type).
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-100 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
