Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to customers' doorsteps in a timely and courteous manner.
- Obey traffic laws and practice safe driving habits at all times to ensure the safety of our team and cargo.
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines and route requirements.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and handling complaints with a smile.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle daily and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Accurately complete digital logs, delivery receipts, and vehicle inspection reports.
- Unload packages efficiently and place them in designated areas as requested.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile apps.
- Physically able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
