Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial destinations in the Chicago area.
- Verify recipient identities and signatures to ensure proper delivery and reduce claims.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the QuickDrop brand positively.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety protocols.
- Log delivery information accurately into the company tracking system.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Basic proficiency with GPS navigation apps and smartphone technology.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and stacking packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
