Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated professionals to transport goods safely and efficiently across the Cleveland metropolitan area. Your role is vital in connecting our customers with the products they love.
Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any issues.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers at every stop, handling feedback and complaints with a positive attitude.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices to update status, log deliveries, and manage proof of delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 5 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first service mindset.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must have a reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and app usage.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
