Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to residential and commercial locations.
- Perform loading and unloading of packages, ensuring cargo security.
- Interact professionally with customers to provide excellent service and obtain signatures.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
- Complete daily delivery logs and paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (Class B preferred but not always required).
- A clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
