Responsibilities
- Deliver Packages: Safely transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Albuquerque area.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, handle package handling with care, and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Route Management: Follow assigned routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is clean and in good working condition.
- Documentation: Complete delivery logs and handle paperwork accurately.
- Adherence to Policies: Comply with all company safety protocols and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: Must hold a valid Class C Driver's License.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Vehicle: Access to a reliable vehicle suitable for cargo transport.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Technology: Basic proficiency with smartphones and GPS navigation apps.
