Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Raleigh.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure accident-free driving.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at every delivery point.
- Inspect delivery vehicles for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle package handling with care to ensure items arrive in perfect condition.
- Utilize handheld devices to track deliveries and update status in real-time.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years).
- Access to a reliable, insured, and well-maintained vehicle suitable for delivery work.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate using GPS applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
