Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across Indianapolis and the greater metro area.
- Adhere strictly to all delivery routes and time schedules to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle packages with extreme care to prevent damage during transit.
- Interact professionally and courteously with every customer, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Accurately log delivery statuses using our mobile application.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class D) is mandatory.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable, insured personal vehicle (sedan or larger).
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app-based reporting.
