Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and ensure proper handling of all items
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Communicate delivery status and customer concerns to dispatch team
- Represent Swift Logistics with professionalism and excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with GPS technology
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Physical capability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Must be at least 18 years old with legal work authorization
