Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Load and unload cargo using proper safety equipment and techniques.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols strictly.
- Accurately log deliveries and collections using handheld devices.
- Handle cash and card transactions with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the designated warehouse.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging delivery data.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
