Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods to various delivery locations in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle using proper lifting techniques.
- Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure all items are in good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering packages professionally and courteously.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while driving.
- Update delivery status via mobile app and maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and time management.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and navigation.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
