Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout the Minneapolis metro area.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and ensure the delivery vehicle is presentable at all times.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure 5-star satisfaction.
- Sort and organize cargo efficiently before loading the vehicle to ensure timely delivery.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Update delivery status using handheld devices or mobile apps.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) free of major violations or DUIs.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adhere to a strict schedule.
