Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver packages to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Verify recipient signatures and ensure the accuracy of all deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Provide professional, friendly customer service during every interaction.
- Utilize GPS and mobile apps to plan efficient routes and update status.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle returns and damaged goods according to protocol.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong sense of direction and problem-solving skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a smartphone with data capabilities for route tracking.
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions.
