Job Overview:
As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary focus will be ensuring our products reach our customers safely and on time. We pride ourselves on our professional team environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely load, secure, and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures for all deliveries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and the loading dock areas.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Resolve minor customer service issues on-site and escalate complex problems to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent commercial driving experience.
- A clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling or logging duties.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
