Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Charlotte
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon completion
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness/maintenance of delivery vehicles
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to maximize time efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to coordinate deliveries and address route challenges
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while operating company vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
