Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated customer locations in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
- Obtain and verify signatures for all deliveries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Ensure the timely and accurate handling of packages to meet strict service standards.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve delivery issues professionally.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic knowledge of the Phoenix, AZ area and geography.
- Proficiency in using handheld GPS devices and smartphone applications.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
