Responsibilities
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to designated routes in Kansas City and surrounding Texas areas.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and placement to prevent damage.
- Interact professionally with customers, resolving delivery issues with a positive attitude.
- Update delivery status in real-time using our mobile logistics app.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or valid state driver's license.
- Clear driving record with no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Basic computer literacy for logging and navigation.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
