Responsibilities
- Deliver Packages: Transport products to residential and commercial locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working order.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, ensuring packages are delivered correctly and obtaining signatures when necessary.
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload cargo from the delivery vehicle using proper lifting techniques.
- Route Planning: Follow designated delivery routes efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of delivery logs and receipts.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Experience: No prior delivery experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Vehicle: Must have a reliable personal vehicle and current insurance.
