Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Obtain signatures upon delivery and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Fold and stack merchandise appropriately before placing in the delivery van.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery updates.
- Resolve any delivery issues or customer complaints with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Must have a clean driving record and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, cargo van, or box truck depending on role).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
