Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Houston
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle inquiries professionally
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize efficiency
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use company-provided vehicle
- Smartphone with GPS capability and reliable internet access
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Houston neighborhoods and major roadways
