Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food items to customers across Long Beach
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles for safety and cleanliness before each shift
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
- Resolve delivery issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone with GPS capability
- Basic knowledge of Long Beach streets and landmarks
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
