Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated addresses in the Minneapolis metropolitan area.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload packages with care, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and address any issues or concerns immediately.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company driving policies to ensure the safety of everyone on the road.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- A clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict delivery schedules.
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery information.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and pass a background check.
