Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and parcels to designated residential and commercial addresses within Arlington and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a friendly and professional delivery experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and mechanical safety of the delivery vehicle.
- Verify delivery details, obtain necessary signatures, and complete digital logs accurately.
- Manage time efficiently to meet daily route targets and deadlines.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery discrepancies to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency for using delivery management software and mobile apps.
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
