Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Interact professionally with customers, receiving and verifying packages with accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the assigned delivery vehicle at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure delivery experience.
- Update delivery status and resolve any delivery issues or customer concerns efficiently.
- Adhere to strict time schedules and route plans to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUI/DWI within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory verification.
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile devices.
