Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations in the Raleigh area.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring items are handled with care and secured properly.
- Interact professionally with customers and business partners at every stop.
- Utilize handheld devices to update delivery status and log hours accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong knowledge of the Raleigh, NC geography and local traffic patterns.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and app usage.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
