Responsibilities
- Transport packages to residential and commercial addresses safely and on time.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles using hand-trucks and dollies.
- Verify delivery contents and ensure accuracy before handing over items.
- Obtain signatures and confirm delivery details via mobile app.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients during every interaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity for navigation.
- Basic math skills for cash handling (if applicable).
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
