As a Delivery Driver for Swift Logistics, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our customers receive their packages safely and on time. We value safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service above all else.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles in and around the Memphis metro area.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts as needed.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures for proof of delivery.
- Maintain accurate logs of delivery routes and times.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients during stops.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or Class B license (if applicable).
- Minimum of 2 years of safe driving experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-100 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong knowledge of local Memphis streets and traffic patterns.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer skills for logging delivery information.
