Responsibilities
- Safely Transport: Deliver products to customers in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean and in safe operating condition.
- Customer Service: Interact positively with customers, answer questions, and handle package handling with care.
- Route Planning: Follow assigned routes and GPS navigation to ensure all deliveries are made correctly.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery receipts and manage digital logs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (MVR).
- Experience: Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not always required for immediate hires.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50+ lbs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Technology: Comfortable using mobile apps and GPS navigation systems.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
