Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle using dollies, hand trucks, or manual lifting.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and maintained according to company standards.
- Interact positively with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues efficiently.
- Familiarize yourself with the route map and use GPS navigation to optimize delivery times.
- Complete all required digital paperwork and logs via the mobile application.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle and a smartphone.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Preferred).
