Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages to customers within designated Raleigh routes using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain excellent customer service through friendly interactions and order accuracy
- Manage delivery schedules using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to minimize delivery times and maximize fuel efficiency
- Handle cashless transactions and digital payment processing
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Must be at least 21 years old and pass background/driving record checks
- Strong knowledge of Raleigh streets and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to/from designated depot
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Food safety certification preferred (training provided)
