Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries to residential and commercial addresses using GPS-optimized routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records through mobile scanning and customer signature collection
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve delivery issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company operational procedures
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments and delivery priority changes
- Manage inventory of delivery materials and assist with warehouse duties when needed
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery windows
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in all weather conditions
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
