Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across Charlotte metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures for all shipments
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide real-time delivery updates via mobile tracking system
- Assist with warehouse operations including sorting and loading shipments
- Resolve delivery issues with professionalism and customer focus
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and navigate stairs/uneven terrain
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic tech tools
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Previous delivery experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
