Responsibilities
- Safely transport food, retail, and e-commerce orders to customers within Nashville metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery tracking and customer communication via mobile app
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness daily
- Process payments and manage cash transactions securely
- Adapt routes for traffic/weather conditions to ensure on-time deliveries
- Represent company brand through professional appearance and courteous service
- Complete daily vehicle inspection reports and maintenance requests
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle (model 2010 or newer) with valid insurance
- Smartphone with data plan for delivery app navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
