Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Memphis city limits
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with reliable data plan for route navigation and communication
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Memphis street layout and GPS navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
